  |   NEW BEGINNINGS ETIQUETTE Clients visiting with us may have questions regarding our policies or the services they receive. Our staff is dedicated to making your time spent with us comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. To help with your experience at New Beginnings we hope the following will be helpful. CELL PHONES: To maintain a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, cell phones are prohibited in the salon or spa. SMOKING: We are a smoke free environment. AGE REQUIRMENTS: We welcome children to receive services in our salon, however we ask that all children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult at all times. Day Spa services are available for teenagers 18 and older. Teens under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving services. CANCELLATION: We ask that you give us 24 hour notice should you have to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please be considerate to our employees and other clients who may require the time that has been set aside for you. BRIDAL PARTIES REQUIRE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE OR 50% OF YOUR SERVICES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD. GIFT CARDS: Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. Refunds are not available on Gift cards. Gratuities are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice. |
